You can actually see the fingernails pretty clearly, poking out on the other side of the hand. The fingers themselves look like they have photoshopped shark-mouthes or leech-mouths on them. Or it could be a REALLY impressive non-computer paint job. Still... not real, because fingernails are on the other side. The outside ring is fairly clearly teeth. Took me a while to figure it out, though, lol.
